Proper care and culture is the most important factor in being able to rebloom your orchid plant.  Most phalaenopsis will begin to initiate a flower spike following a period of cooler night temperatures and the shortening day length in the fall of each year.  Phalaenopsis can rebloom once or possibly twice per year.
