Proper care and culture is the most important factor in being able to rebloom your orchid plant.  Oncidiums enjoy excellent air movement and plenty of strong, bright indirect light.  Primary failure to rebloom these plants is lack of enough light.  Consider placing the plant outside in an area receiving direct morning sun and bright indirect light the balance of the day.
